The purchase price of non-original toners is often lower than that of original consumables. However, many non-original toners are often expensive due to various hidden costs. This is because non-original toners are generally less productive, fail more frequently and cause additional costs due to reprints in the event of poor print quality. The original Samsung toner label can be found on the side of the packaging box of your original Samsung toner. You can use this label to easily check the authenticity of the toner. An independent study (BLI) has shown that the actual page yield of a non-original toner can be considerably lower than the figure stated by the manufacturer. The test showed that the yield of a non-genuine toner is approximately half that of an original Samsung toner. Original Samsung toner cartridges are filled under strict quality controls and the yield is checked according to a defined standard (ISO 19752).
