Canon offers a close-up lens converter for shooting at higher magnifications when the camera's macro mode is used. The converter changes the closest focusing distance from infinity to 250mm (approx. 9.9") from the front of the lens. The product is designed for EF lenses and PowerShot A20, A10, A30, A40 cameras; requires the LA-DC52 lens adapter in order to be used with the PowerShot A10, A20 and the LA-DC52B for PowerShot A30, A40.
