The Extron USBC-HD is a USB-C to HDMI adapter cable for 4K signals. It connects USB-C equipped sources that support DisplayPort Alt Mode to HDMI displays and peripherals. The adapter converts DisplayPort into HDMI signals. The USBC-HD is available in 6 inch (15 cm) and 6 foot (1.8 m) cable lengths. The 6 inch (15 cm) version features male USB-C to female HDMI connectors, and supports up to 4K/30 signals. The 6 foot (1.8 m) version features male USB-C to male HDMI connectors, and supports up to 4K/60 signals. EDID, HDCP, and audio information are passed between source and display. The USBC-HD is ideal for integrating USB-C equipped DisplayPort Alt Mode source devices into new or existing HDMI AV systems.
